Good for you! EQ and PMH teach us that Volunteering — getting involved in something bigger than you — is one of the best things you can do for YOU, emotionally! Six Seconds calls it having a Noble Goal, one of the core EQ competencies.
There are plenty of worthy noble goals out there, but if you want to join us in teaching peace, we can make a very real difference in our world! As you may have realized by now, EQ/SEL/Peace training and education is probably the most powerful and effective way we can help kids/teens/adults/the world, in both our current and future generations!
